Products and Services

In this module you can manage your items.

Filter allows you to quickly find items by name or code. You can also filter by type and category.

There are two main types of item: product and service. Additionally, a product or service may be:

Sales item

Items you sell, visible only in the sales module.

Purchase item

Items you buy, visible only in the purchase module.

Inactive

Item is not available in any module.

You can group items in categories. But first, you must create the category in the categories module.

You can enter four different prices for your item. Later, when you add the item to an invoice, you can select one price. The price on the left is non-taxed (net amount). The amount including tax will be automatically calculated on the right.
